ADA / Accessible Seating

The AMP is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all guests for their comfort, safety, and enjoyment. The venue offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout the arena. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. 

Assistive Listening Devices

Guests who require an assistive listening device for an event should go to Guest Services upon arrival to secure equipment. A driver’s license or picture ID is required for the device.

Pick up – Drop Off

There are several ADA/Accessible parking spaces in front of the AMP that are available on a first- come-first-serve basis. Guests may be dropped off in front of the main entrance at One LaSalle Square.


Elevators to the Budweiser Bar & Grill and Suite Level are located adjacent to the West Lobby (Hilton/Starbucks side). Elevator access is also available for guests requiring assistance to access  floor seating.

First Aid

First Aid is located adjacent to the main concourse at Section 101.

Interpretive Services

Guests are advised to contact the Guest Services Info line at 401-331-6700 at the time of ticket purchase or at least 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled event to arrange for interpretive services. Requests made less than 14 days prior to an event may not be accommodated due to availability.


Wheelchair escorts are available for guests who may need assistance getting to and/or from their seat. Wheelchairs may not be reserved and are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. For additional information or an escort, please call 401-331-6700.
