How do I get to the Arena?

Is outside food or beverages allowed into the Arena?

No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the arena.

What time do doors open prior to an event at the arena?

For most events at the arena, doors typically open one hour prior to the event.

Does the arena allow re-entry?

No. Patrons are not allowed to exit and re-enter the arena during an event.

Is smoking permitted at the arena?

No. The arena is a smoke-free facility; this includes vapor products.

Are there ATM machines at the arena?

There are two ATM locations on the premises – one is located inside the building on the concourse across from Section 125/126. The other ATM is accessible from the exterior of the venue on the Hilton side if the building.

How do I purchase tickets for an event?

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Arena Box Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or Charge-by-Phone at 1.800.745.3000.

What methods of payment are acceptable at the Box Office?

The DDC Box Office accepts cash and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard and VISA.

How can I get backstage passes to a show?

The arena does not issue or have access to back-stage passes.

Where is the Arena Box Office and Will Call/Ticket Pick-up located?

The Box Office, as well as the Will Call/Ticket Pick-up windows, are located inside the main entrance of the arena.

Does my child need a ticket?

For most events, children two years of age and older must have a ticket. All children that are under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on a parent/guardian’s lap. For additional questions, please contact the Box Office at 401.331.6700.

Does the Arena donate tickets to charities?

Interested organizations must provide a letter on official organization letterhead and include proof of non-profit status (i.e. 501C3 documentation) to the Marketing Department. Donation requests should be forwarded to:

How do I purchase group tickets?

Group discounts are available to various family shows and events. Please visit the Group Sales page for additional information. For group tickets, please contact Providence Sports & Entertainment (PSE) at 401.273.5000 or online.

Is there a Lost & Found?

For Lost and Found during an event, please check with Guest Services located on the Concourse (located across from Section 128) to turn in or inquire about lost items. After an event has occurred, please contact the Dunkin' Donuts Center at 401.331.0700 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and ask for Lost & Found.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for all events at the Arena. When purchasing tickets, please mention that you are in need of accessible seating or you can call 401.331.6700 ext.7154 to request accessible seating.

How do I rent a party suite for an event?

For suite rental at the arena, click here or call Providence Sports & Entertainment at 401.273.5000.

How do I access the Budweiser Bar & Grill?

The Budweiser Bar & Grill, located on the 3rd level of the arena, is open during most events to all ticket holders. Reservations are recommended. For menu or private party inquires, please contact Sportservice at 401.572.3538.

Are strollers allowed in the arena?

Yes, strollers are allowed in the arena and may be stored at Guest Services during the event. (Guest Services is located on the Concourse across from Section 128).

Are point & shoot or video cameras allowed into the arena for events?

The camera policy is determined by each show and varies dependent on each event. Small digital point and shoot cameras are acceptable. No audio or video recording devices are permitted for any event. No professional cameras with detachable lenses or flashes allowed. To find out about the camera policy for a show, please call our Box Office at 401.331.6700 two days before the event.
